A Net Meet

What are the chances of an internet meet
When it comes down to it can you take the heat
If the opportunity arises will you be so bold
Or will you change your mind, as your feet get cold

You wonder if it will be the same as in chat
Will you talk about tomorrow or just this and that
The feelings each had will they make the transfer
Or will you want things back the way they were

As the ice is broken, and the warmth you do feel
Each begins to realize their feelings are real
Wow this is great I can't believe it could happen
You both cannot wait to be together once again

As you spend more time with each other you see
Life can be so great, could this possibly be
You want this to last, but the end comes to soon
Sleeping side by side, yes I do mean to spoon

As your time grows short, your feelings run deep
So soon you must part, tears fall as you weep
Take heart my dear, for it's the beginning you see
If your Love is true, then its meant to be

For now you must leave, but just a blink in time
You will return to each other, behold this rhyme
Love has its way, beyond any time or space
Before you know it, you gaze upon their face.
