Friends from College

Crystal Pitzer (Attebery)

Crystal is my old roommate and my best friend. We lived together for 2 years in an apartment complex a few blocks from Friends University. She also plays the trumpet. We took this picture Fall 2005. I talked her into coming to see me in Hays. She lives in Wichita.

Here is Crystal on Halloween 1999. She decided to dress gothic and lets just say she scared everyone away. :-)

Mary Hayes

Here is Mary looking beautiful. She is an awesome violin player and a good friend. She was also one of my bridesmaids for my wedding. She has been there several times when I've needed someone to talk to. She is a junior high orchestra teacher. Oh, and I almost forgot, a major SCOOBY DOO fan. :)

Here is Mary riding a bull. GO MARY!! =)

Here is Crystal, me, and Mary at Cherry Carnival Dance, Feb 2000. We all went stag, but we had a great time. All the boys were sad they didn't ask us to go.

This is a picture of all of us with the clinicians, Shelley Berg and Carmen Bradford, at the jazz festival, March 2001. From left to right, Shelley, Mary, Brian Derstein, Crystal, me, Cindy Anderson, Warren Samms, Carmen, and Brandon Moore.

Trevor Hands

Here is my friend Trevor and I after a Singing Quakers performance. Trevor is an awesome percussionist. He is now living in Virginia Beach. He is going to Regent University and is halfway through earning his Master's degree in Communication and the Arts with an emphasis in Film direction and editing. He has had numerous oppportunities to work as a grip/extra on film productions. Way to go Trevor! Man, I should have been a percussionist. =)

Ahh! This is Nicolae Bolotnov from Moldova (Russia). He worked with me my sophomore year, 98-99 in the same office. We became really good friends while he was here. He's one of the most down to earth guys I know. We stay in contact through email.

Mr GQ :)! Jeff is an awesome person! He adopted me when I was a freshman and helped me conquer many obstacles I faced at Friends. I can talk to Jeff about anything and get an honest answer back. He earned his degree in ministry and wanted to become a campus minister. The last I knew, he was living in El Dorado with his wife Crystal and his two sons.

Matthew and Rebekah

Matt and I met one day when I happened to knock on a door of a practice room to say hello. Since then, we've become good friends. He is the most perfect gentleman. He has an awesome wife, Rebekah. They were married December, 2001. She helped me SOO much with my wedding and we became great friends. Matt is still my best male friend. Unfortunately since I've moved to Hays, we haven't stayed in touch as much as I would have liked. I miss them both very much.
