WELSH FAMILY HISTORY

I believe this photo was taken around 1900 in Michigan. While it would make sense it might have been the 40th wedding anniversary of Richard and Hannah Welsh (center of photo) that would make the date 1899, but I'm only guessing. I know that Col. Robert Sylvester Welsh was not present for the 50th Anniversary celebration as he was serving in the Phillipine Islands in 1909, in this photo he is the gentleman on the right, second row. So until proven otherwise, I am dating this one 1899.
