Hi! i hope you like the site so far....... its under construction,, im learning how to design web pages. Soon, i hope to improve my little site here quite a bit. I am a graduate of the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver Canada. I am a professional illustrator, photographer and portrait artist as well as a sculptor. My work maily deals with the human figure, in a very realistic, representational style. I mainly work in 2D, doing either pencil or charcoal and conte drawings. When i first started up this site, i was experimenting with oil paintings. Since then it has become my favourite medium along with pencil. Although I have worked in stone and clay, sculpting wildlife and the human form, I am concentrating on perfecting my skills in two dimensional art and making a living from doing fine commissioned portraiture and paintings. I recently graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology, where i learned faux painting and set painting techniques.. so i now run my own house painting and faux painting business, and often contract out to production companies as a painter for the movie industry in vancouver.

My personal interests include working out, listening to good music, drawing and painting, surfing the internet, and traveling.

My art is a huge part of who i am. At times it has helped me understand life better, and it often gives me a clearer look at changes going on in my life. The work that i do evolves, along with the ideas and beliefs that inspire it. I love to share my work with others because i love the discussion it creates, the exchange of ideas.. the new ideas are like seeds planted.. that grow inspiration for more work..A lot of my work deals with religious and spiritual subject matter, (specificly christian) but my goal isnt to preach with my art.. My intention is to inspire people to focus on their own beliefs and convictions with the images i create. i wanna get them thinking about things that they may not have thought about otherwise. I think that our convictions and spiritual beliefs are an important part of what makes us human, and that if we let them, they can help make our comunity a better place to live.
