Stark Tower, Carrion Cove, Genosha.

Kylun and Firestar sauntered through the large corridor, exploring the gigantic base of operations. Suddenly, a robot crossed in front of them.

"Hello," the robot welcomed as it extended its hand.

"Uh...hi?" replied a confused Firestar.

"Oh wow! It's a robot!" Kylun leapt with excitement. Suddenly, the robot began to sputter and spin around in a very fast speed. Caught be surprise, Kylun and Firestar immediately jumped back.

"Oh no!!!" shouted a young Japanese boy as he ran down the corridor, "Baymax!"

Quickly he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small device. Extending it towards the malfunctioning robot, he pressed a button and immediately the robot fell lifeless. "Gomen nasai, mina san."

The two just stared at the little boy with a blank stares.

"Oh, I'm sorry," the boy replied, picking up on their confusion, "What I meant to say was, I'm sorry for the trouble Baymax here caused you."

"Ohhh." Kylun and Firestar answered in unison.

"My name's Hiro Takachinho," the boy introduced himself, "Maybe you guys would like a tour of the place?"

"YEAH!" Kylun shouted and immediately grabbed Firestar's arm, "Let's go!"

"How ya holdin' up there, babe?" Stark asked with a smile.

"Ugh. I feel like shit!" replied a woozy Cooper.

"Well it's probably the anaesthetic. They really did some work on you there, Ms. Cooper," X-Treme reminded her. Val just gave him a dazed and confused look, before slumping back down on her mattress.

"Come on, I think we best leave her alone," noted Domino, taking Adam by the arm. "She's been through a lot."

"Haven't we all." Stark whispered as the rest left the room.

Never had Zealot been as scared as when he entered this room. He had been in there at least a dozen times before, but never had it seemed this dark. Silently, he waited as the lone figure that sat atop the throne began to speak.

"You've failed me Zealot." the voice boomed.

"S-s-sire..?" bowed the much humbled servant.

"You know how I deal with failures, don't you?"

"B-b-but sire! Our intelligence reports were faulty! They were better trained than our source reported. One of them was able to take out both Blockade and Frenzy by himself and with Stinger down already --"

"SILENCE! Excuses are of no use to me," Nemesis replied mercilessly.

"But lord!" begged Zealot.

"ENOUGH! Leave me!"

"Yes sire...as you wish," and with that, Zealot quickly walked out of the room. As Zealot exited, a figure appeared from the shadows behind the throne.

"Imbeciles! All of them!"

"Now, now, Nemesis. We know that they can't all be like you," She said from the shadows, as she started to caress the mighty prelate's face.

"Ahh, Threnody, you're the only one that understands me," replied Nemesis as he grabbed Threnody and pulled her over his laps. His lips then descended upon hers violently. Quietly, they began to moan, their tongues intertwining. Abruptly, their lips parted as Threnody slipped from under Nemesis' grip.

"I believe you have work to do," Threnody grinned, as she motioned for him to the face screen. Nemesis stared at it intently, his hatred building. "I'm afraid we'll have to continue this some other time," Threnody reminded him, as she walked into the shadows once again.

"Don't you have better things to do?" Nemesis sighed.

Firestar and Kylun followed the small Japanese boy down the halls as he pointed out all of the different rooms, and their functions. Being consumed with the tour of the grand building, Kylun failed to notice the wet floor and slipped. Trying to push against the wall for support, instead part of the wall pushed inward, causing Kylun to fall into the room with a thud. Hearing the fall, Firestar and Hiro quickly turned around to help the third member of the group.

"You okay?" asked Firestar, as she offered her hand out.

"Yeah...I will be in a bit," he replied, "So Hiro, what is in here?"

"Hmm..?" Hiro replied, as he inspected the room, "I don't believe I have ever been in here before."

Slowly, the trio walked into the room, investigating the surroundings. Suddenly, a light on a wall began to flash, followed by the sound of footsteps.

"Wait, do you hear something?" Kylun whispered.

"Shit! Someone's coming!" added Firestar.

"I'll close the door, you guys go find a hiding spot!" Hiro and Firestar both nodded and immediately jumped from site. At the same time, Kylun hurried, to close the door and jumped behind some electronic equipment. Then, the door opened and the figure of a man stepped in. He then turned towards the panel in front of the screen and pressed a few buttons. The screen flashed to life, to reveal a man in purple and maroon.

"Do you have him?" asked the figure on the screen.

"Don't worry so much, Lucifer. I'll have him in due time. You just gotta trust me, okay?"

"My patience is wearing thin with you!" Lucifer barked.

"Yeah, well, don't worry. I'll have him for you real soon." With that, the screen faded, and the figure walked out of the room.

"Omigod! We've gotta tell someone about this!" shouted Kylun and rushed out of the room, with Hiro and Firestar in tow.

Quietly, X-Treme walked back to his room. These last few days have been long and hard for him. With all the battles and what happened to Val. He also hadn't slept in almost two days and was exhausted. As he got closer to his room, he began to feel a bit of paranoia, like something wasn't right.

Suddenly, the room began to fill up with smoke. X-Treme, began to gag as the fumes filled the air. He tried to open the door, but it was locked shut. He ramming himself into it several times, attempting to break it down, but the with the combination of fatigue and the gas, it was just no use. The world turned black and he collapsed to the floor.
