Heavenly dessert

Ingredients:
fresh or frozen fruit, 12 oz. frozen orange/tangerine juice concentrate, cloves, cinnamon, cornstarch, sugar if using fresh fruit, Frozen whipped cream, Angel food cake(I used store bought loaf shape), water

Preparation:
If using fresh fruit, wash and slice into small peices. (Any combination of fruit can be used for this). Add sugar and let set. If using frozen fruit allow to thaw. Slice cake. Set whipped cream out to thaw.

Cooking:
Using one can of concentrate, add one can of water. Heat to just before boiling. Add cloves and cinnamon. Thicken with Cornstarch to make a thin sauce. Cook until cornstarch is done. Allow to cool. If it lumps up while cooling, beat with a wire whip.

Serving:
Place a slice of cake on plate, top with fruit. Spoon sauce over and top with whipped cream.

If you really want to make this yummy use real homemade whipped cream. It only takes a few minutes and is so much better. If you do make your own whipped cream PLEASE use real vanilla. It has such a better taste than any of the imitations and since it only takes a couple drops is no more expensive.
