hmmm...

What can I say about myself? Interesting question. Let me start with the beginning then.

I am from the Philippines, specifically in the southern Island of Mindanao. A land ravaged by war, religious strife, political maneuvers and what not.

I was born the eldest of 5 siblings. I grew up in a sheltered Christian environment and both my parents are professors of the Mindanao State University in Marawi City. At that point, my faith was not my own, it was my parents', I was just tagging along.

I graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from that same university in April of 1998. A week right after graduation, I was accepted in an IT based training program mostly dealing with Y2K issues. Two weeks into the program I was offered a job to work for a Computer consulting company based in New York, Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Inc.

By January of 1999, I was sent/shipped over to the Philadelphia Office to help out with some Y2K projects. This is where my adventure called "life" started.

4 years and 20 pounds later, a lot has changed. Priorities, outlook in life, etc. But mostly my dependencies. It was here when I realized that I can never live life to the fullest without my faith, my belief. It was here where I decided to  really give up my life to Jesus and have known that all of life comes down to just one thing, and that's to know Him and make Him known. At this point, my belief is no longer my parents' but an acknowledgement of my own accord.

Thank you for taking the time to read up to this part. There'd be more but then it'll be boring. :-)
