Sardines (very similar to anchovies) are from the Cleanest Coast in Europe
as per a study done in 1997. This is apparent by their pink/white color.

Tourists in Split (capital of Dalmatia) are impressed with looks and positive attitude of these tall dark-skin people. * SMS Black Olive Tapenade is made from a large, red olive which grows on only one island in Dalmatia.
