My Two Closest Friends.

When I was thinking about what to put on this page I was full of ideas, now I'm here I've gone blank. But I know why I'm here so, I'll just start and hope that it all falls into place as I go along. Well I'm here to talk about my two closest friends, for without them both I wouldn't be here today. Closest friends doesn't sound quite right but, there isn't really any other way to talk about these two people.

RACHEL and RUPERT, this page is dedicated to the both of you.
Without you both I very much doubt I would still be here today.

Rachel

Rachel is one of my oldest real friends. We first met when she was 11 and joined my secondary school. I was good friends with her brother and, he has asked me to keep an eye out for her. I did this and before we knew it we had one of the best friendships I thought we could have. However over the past 5 years we seem to have grown so close, to the point now where I look more to Rach as my little sister. I think we have been through just about everything together, we've laughed, we've cried, we've faught and then made up. But most of all we've been there for each other.

For those of you who haven't spoken to Rach on line (her name on here is Thais), let me tell you a bit about her. Rach is 16 years old and is one of the closest friends anyone could every wish for. She will do anything for anyone, especially those who she cares about. When you're down she'll cheer you up, she'll be there to support you when you need it, she'll stick by you no matter what. She's also a very good listener; although when someone she cares about gets hurt, she does tend to fly off at the deep end which can be a bit embarassing. Rachel probably knows me better than I know myself these days, she knows what's going on with me way before I know myself. I could talk for hours about the things that Rach and I have done together, but for one a lot of our secrets would come out. *L* And then she'd kill me for sure.

Anyway I think I'll leave this as it is. The most important thing is that Rach knows how things are. Rach I can't thank you enough for the friend you have been to me. I love you, and knowing we'll always be friends is a great comfort to me.

Rach starts music college in Manchester (UK) this week, and I can only wish her every success. I know she'll do great there, and to see one of her many dreams come true only makes me smile even more. Rach hun you go show them what you're made of, and remember I'm only down the road. Here's to our weekend trips into London.

Rupert

Well here I am wondering what to say about Rup. He has become such a close friend, one who I love and care about a great deal. It's amazing how friends become so close, and it fascinates me to watch friendships develop. Rup has supported me through some really difficult times recently. Somehow whenever I needed him he was there. At times I wonder how on earth he put up with me, but somehow he never let me down. Just goes to prove that there are some wonderful people out there in the real world.

It's hard to know what to say here, for one Rup and I have only really been friends for a very short period of time (we met on line, his name on here is Nalecki). But since then we ave grown very close, we share our worries and problems, help each other out and support each other through the good and bad times. It's ironic how Rup and I became friends, especially if you knew the real reason we first started talking. *sniggers at the the thought*

When I think back to the things Rup has told me about his life; some of it makes me laugh, but other parts make me feel very sad. I know Rup would tell me it's nothing to worry about and as he always says to me "whatever happens, happens". But I think now he realises just how much he means to me, it took some time for him to see that we were going to be close friends. But now I don't think either of us regret it.

Rup's about to go into his final year at university, and I know he's going to come out on tops with the degree he wants. He's a genius when it comes to PC's, and anything related to the internet.

Rup you're one of the best friends I am privilaged to have. It's an honour to call you my best friend (closest friend same thing really), and I am glad that we are friends. I think you and I have been through a lot together, and still we are as close as ever. That only tells me we have a wonderful friendship, which I am convinced will last a lifetime. Rup I love you for the friend you are to me. You mean everything to me and, I mean it when I say thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart.
