Since I run this school as a hobby, the main policy is: Everything is free.
Consequences for students:
You get absolutely nothing except a lot of knowledge. See School Details.
Consequences for models:
You are expected to be a volunteer in exchange for fun and possible wider recognition as a model.
Models may get some minimal (or less...) compensation though. See School Details.
