The reception site was the Best Western Apache, located at 1517 16th Street S.W. in Rochester. It is directly across Hwy 52 from Apache Mall and is visible from the road. The reception began at six o'clock in the evening.

Groom's Mother, bride's parents, flowergirls and ringbearer, bridesmaids escorted by groomsmen, maid of honor escorted by best man and then the bride and groom.

6:20 DJ introduces Father John McDermott-brides uncle) who will say the blessing.
6:25 DJ introduces the Best Man (Sam Mitchell) who will give the toast to the bride and groom.
6:30 Dinner is served.
7:00 Bride & Groom cut the cake. "It Had to Be You," by Harry Connick, Jr.
7:15 DJ announces Bride to dance with her father and Groom with his mother(“Parent’s Prayer” Steven Curtis Chapman)
7:30 DJ announces wedding party dance. “Get On Your Feet” (Gloria Estefan)
7:40 DJ introduces Generations Dance. Bride and Groom and other married couples are invited to dance. Use several songs, start out with “Unforgettable”, then a combonation of “When Irish Eyes are Smiling”, “Some Enchanted Evening”, “Putting on the Ritz”, ”Moon River”, and “May I have this Dance (for the rest of my life)” as the song for the couple who has been married the longest.
