- the most deco influenced of towns in Ireland?

While not Miami Beach, the essentially Victorian City of Belfast in Northern Ireland has several deco and moderne style buildings, not least the extant little deco gem, the Bank of Ireland branch on Royal Avenue and the severe Dutch moderne style brick built School of Music on Donegal Pass. Regretfully, the deco cinemas of Belfast have not fared so well. Belfast even had some streamlined trams in the 1930's.
