	Different kind of wood As there are different kind of uses, there are also different kind of wood. Sometimes, the traditionnal wood available is used, but several times it is the function that direct the choice of the wood.

	Designing the character After choosing the piece of wood at the right size, the main lines are designed on the faces of the bloc. Main characteristics must be excavated at first.

	Carving the masks The delicate work of carving can start, adjusting the volumetric parts to the global expression. Details are carved at the very end of the work.


	Painting and finshing Most of masks are painted and polish after the carving achieved. Many of the details are underlined with black or color painting.
