Hi everyone!! Boy, let me tell you, I have had the best news I could have ever gotten..I'm going to be a mommy on 6-30-00!!!! So, in celebration of my future little bundle of joy, I have decided to dedicate part of my site to him/her. Thanks to support I have recieved from various people, and you know who you are, I decided to do something creative with all my nervious energy, and this just seemed to be it!!! LOL As soon as I have I can I plan on having a baby book of sorts, for me now and for baby when s/he arrives. All the poems I write for the baby will be here as well. Well since this page is his/her's I'll let Baby D say a few words
Okay everyone... Like my mommy said, Hi and welcome. Mom and I have really enjoyed working on this little site, and do hope that you will come back to see me grow and aggrevate her. I already have made it to where she doesn't sleep real well because of heartburn and nausea, but that is just the beginning!!Wait till she can feel me move, cause then daddy said he is going to start playing with me. He says he can make me kick mommy, and she has told him he better not, so this should be fun!! Mom has already gotten pictures taken of me, but they didn't give her one. It was done at the hospital, and that is how they found me! She is really anxious to have more taken so all of you can see me, too.
I get to go for my first Dr.'s visit on November 18th. I wonder if Mom will be able to hear my heartbeat then. I will only be 8 weeks old.
Hey everyone!!! Mom and Dad just found out I am a little boy, and can you believe it, they still don't have a name for me yet. The only thing they can agree on is my nick name which will be Ari. Now the reason for my nick is because they think I am going to be a preemie. My mommy's Dr.s say they don't think Mom will carry me much past Easter, if I don't come sooner.
Ok, they finally chose my name, and now it is almost time for me to arrive. My name will be Arien Xavier. Mommy and Daddy are very anxious to meet me, and I scared both of them and Mom's Dr.s by trying to come really early. LOL.. Now they have no idea when I will arrive. Mom is really tired of being pregnant, so she hopes it will be soon. Should I tell her that only I know when I will come?? I have gotten to spend a lot of time at the labor and delivery department at the hospital, and I have 2 favorite nurses there. Hopefully they will be there when I am born. I would love for them to meet me!!
I just turned 35 weeks today. It won't be long now!! Mom is trying to "nest" as hard as she can, but she is on bedrest and can't really do a lot. Dad is working in overdrive so that when I do come, he can take off a couple of days to help Mom. Yesterday, Mom made Dad help her redo the crib. She wanted to put Winnie the pooh stuff on it, but she couldn't do it by herself. He helped, but I think he wanted to go play outside..LOL I am causing Mom to have contractions all day now. She is just loving that I am sure. Well, she doesn't have far to go now, and for that, she is very grateful!! Both her and Daddy think that I am gonna look funny sleeping in the crib. I think they think that, because it has been empty for so long. Well, we shall see!!
