The Inpatient Pharmacy is that department of the pharmacy which is responsible for preparation and distribution of all pharmaceuticals to inpatients, and for the subsequent monitoring of drug dosage.  It includes the Unit Dose Department and the Intravenous Admixture Department.

The Inpatient Pharmacy currently has one satellite pharmacy which is primarily responsible for

• Administration of initial doses
• Inpatient drug counseling
• Discharge drug counseling
• Provide drug information
