My award winning chili was originally made WITHOUT the BEANS
in accordance with the basic guideline of most western Chili Cookout
Contests. I later added the beans because the guys at work
preferred this, and it cut the cost nearly in half. It took nearly
twenty years of firehouse cookin' to prefect this recipe . . .
