Okay, you're here's for the scoop on my car! As you well know, I crashed it pretty good.... Yep... over eight thousand dollars worth of damage to it. Want a breakdown of what costs so much? Go ahead and look at the first page of the estimate. Hey, at least it's a safe car! After all, both airbags deployed.

So here's how it happened.... My ex-girlfriend Sarrah was over my apartment that I shared with my roomate, Debbie. It was pretty late... around 2 AM. I'm so darn tired that Sarrah and I decide it'd probably be a better idea for her to just stay the night, instead of me driving her home.

So, After we decide I'm too tired to drive, and that she'll just stay the night, I take some allergy medecine called Drixoral. Drixoral makes you DROWSY! But hey, big deal, right? After all, we'd just decided I was going to go to bed in ten minutes! Who cares if I'm drowsy. This is where it starts going downhill.

At this point, my roomate Debbie comes out of her room, and tells us that although we weren't being so loud that we were keeping her awake, she was uncomfortable with Sarrah being there, and she couldn't sleep just because Sarrah was there; Would I please drive her home.

So, I drive Sarrah home, and then there I am, headed BACK to my apartment at around 2:45 AM... I remember seeing the "1 mile" sign on the freeway, and the next thing I remember is a terrible crunching sound, a bump, and the airbags going off right in front of me. I spun around several times, and eventually spun off the road, onto the broad, shallow shoulder of the freeway.

That's pretty much it... Whether it was just me being tired or the effect of the drowsy allergy medication, my chin hit my chest, and I was knocked out, fast asleep. End of story...

Hooray for insurance, right? As you can tell from the estimate, my car was fixable, and it's been repaired... And thank goodness. After having a car, I don't think I could bear to be without one.
