| Hello and welcome. I wanted to be able to share a little of my story with you. I have been blessed and fortunate enough to have someone very special and important back in my life. Six years ago....when I was too young to know much about the world, I met Steve. He was all someone could want....but we both had some growing up to do. After we parted the last time, our lives led us down different paths. A lot has happened to us both over the years. One night, unexpected, we ran into each other. After dealing with the awkwardness of not speaking for years, we got in contact via email. We sent emails on occasion but never thought much of it. Months and months later, we began to talk on the phone. Both had just gotten out of relationships within the last six months, and neither of us knew what to expect. He made the trip down to Buffalo to visit, and we met up on a Friday night. Both a little nervous, but enjoying each others company. At one point in the night, I leaned in to talk to him and he kissed me and from that moment on, he stole my heart once again. After an amazing weekend, he had to go home. We talked nightly and he came down each weekend. He then made the choice to make the move back to Ohio. Both thinking we would take things slowly had the reality shock that all we ever wanted lied in each other. Now we are waiting to spend our lives together. He plans on proposing this month....got the ring after two weeks of talking...so I wait in anticipation of the moment. We have spent some time discussing wedding plans and right now we are aiming for the beginning of 2004. I am so lucky to have someone like him. Not only does he love me unconditionally, he loves my daughter the same. When we are together nothing else matters. We complete each others thoughts and words and cant get enough of each other. All the years or pain have been worth it and this time, I know for sure, it is right and perfect and that this is the man I will spend the rest of my life with! |
