INTRODUCTION

In WWII the neutral Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg was occupied and oppressed by the Nazi Germany.
For 4 long years (1940-1944) the Luxembourgers only visual hope for freedom was the Allied Air Forces, and mainly, during the first years of the occupation,
The Royal Air Forces.
The R.A.F. bombers, after dropping their load over Germany, returned to Britain passing over Luxembourg.
During those years over 150 planes crashed on the small territory of Luxembourg. Mainly R.A.F. planes !
Many crew members was rescued by luxembourgish civilians at the risk of there lifes. (Deportation; Death Camps; Firing Squads; etc.)

This is the documentary about one of those bombers.

Some explanations to read this documentary:

All script writing just bring back the exact talk of the interviewed person. It do not be necessarily correct regarding the facts. I didn't correct anything, except when it's clearly stated.
All normal writing is based on facts or on informations which are confirmed through different statements.
