The party of Saint Mary Madalena, is predominantly a religious party, where   it homage's the patron of the village of the Madalena on Pico island, Saint Mary Madalena. However it integrates also a playful part, with some shows during the night. It is become fulfilled in the village of the Madalena during the Week that precedes day 22 of July, day of the patron.
