The 745th Military Police Company:
- Organized and federally recognized 1 April 1963 in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, as the 45th Military Police Company, at Oklahoma City, as an element of the 45th Infantry Division.
- Reorganized and redesignated 1 February 1968 as the 745th Military Police Company, and relieved from assignment to the 45th Infantry Division.
- Reorganized on 1 February 1968 as a member of the 45th Military Police Battalion.
- Reorganized on 1 July 1990 as a member of 45th Support Detachment (RAOC).
- Ordered into active federal service 6 December 1990 to participate in Operation Desert Storm.
- Released from active federal service 21 June 1991.
- Reorganized and redesignated 1 July 1993 as 745th Military Police Company, assigned to the 120th Supply and Service Battalion.
- Ordered into active State service on 19 April 1995 in Oklahoma City for the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building.
- Inactivated 1 May 1996.
