I was born August 7, 1971 in West Palm Beach Florida. I've also lived in Okeechobee, FL; Centralia, IL; Cairo, GA; and Whigham, GA (just to name a few). I graduated from Cairo High School in June 1989.

In July 1989 I joined the United States Army. After spending 13 weeks at the "country club" of Ft. Sill, OK, I was on my was to sunny Ft. Hood, TX as a 13B (Field Artillery Cannon Crewmember). During my time at Hood I took a couple trips to South West Asia (Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Iris Gold); 2 rotations to the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA; and more time in the field that anybody could ever want.

After Ft. Hood I went to Fort Monmouth, NJ to reclassify as a 71M (Chaplain Assistant). Yes, it's a real job. Jack-of-all-trades. Part body-guard, part admin specialist, part social worker. My new branch thought it would be a good idea to send me to Korea, so off I went. I was stationed in Yongsan (Seoul), Korea from October 1993 to October 1995.

October 1995 brought me to my current station, Fort Drum, NY. Located deep in the hinterlands of central New York. My current assignment is with the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry (Light). Since arriving here I've been to the Joint Readiness Center (within 2 weeks of arrival), Fort Polk, LA; Fort Pickett, VA; the Jungle Operations Training Center, Fort Sherman, Panama (twice); and the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY.

Of course, I save the best for last:

I have 2 children, Brandon (age 7) and Ryan (age 5). Yes, they are a handful, but they're great! Check them out below!
