As such, Dog will be eligible only for limited AKC registration. Buyer agrees to spay/neuter Dog withend two months of taking procession of said Dog . Buyer agrees to supply Seller with a copy of the spay/neuter certificate signed by the licensed veterinarian who has performed the surgery. At that time, Seller will promptly provide all AKC registration papers for Dog to Buyer. If Buyer fails to spay/neuter Dog and provide proof to Seller by one year of age, or if Dog is bred prior to spay/neuter, rights and ownership of the dog will automatically terminate and revert to Seller, who may immediately assume possession of Dog. All deposit monies will become property of Seller, and Seller's reasonable attorney's fees for recovery of Dog will be paid by Buyer. This contract is not transferable and becomes void if Dog is sold or placed with another owner.
