Josh's Page

This is Josh and his pony 'Lucky'. I remember when I was only 6 months pregnant, Charlie came home all excited. We got in the truck and took a short drive and Charlie pulled over to the side of the road. He pointed out this pretty pony and said when our kid is born, I want to find a pony just like that one for him. Well, when Josh was about a year old, we were coming home from shopping and at the very same place, they guy was hammering a sign up on the fence, that said, "pony for sale". So, we stopped and bought this pony for Josh, the same one that Charlie had his hopes set on for over a year. At the time, we were told that it was impossible for ANYONE to ride him, but we went ahead and paid the price (a whopping $50)!! We loaded him up and brought him home - the rest is history. Lucky is a 'till death do us 'part' pony, he will NEVER leave this place!!! There isn't anything that Josh can't do with him and Charlie and I have the pleasure of driving him also. He is just a wonderful little pony!!

This is Josh and Lucky, dressed up as Davey Crockett. They were 2nd place, out of a class of 32 this summer at the Central Washington Pony Club's annual Cavalcade of Ponies.
