Our Story

Chien was a discarded, mangey, hopeless, stray pup
Brian saw her at a truck repair garage in some hick town in nc and rescued her. she has been a wonderful dog
i can't imagine the past couple years without her.
she prefers being outside and is friendly to a fault...
but she hates being alone.
so one day, randomly, i saw a newpaper ad for minpin pups.
i'd never even heard of a minpin
but as soon as i saw my  little girl i knew i wasn't going home without her!
we picked the biggest in the litter
so chien could have a sister that could keep up with her
(little did i know then how fiesty lo'd be!)
so now chien's 2'n a half and lo turns 2 in feb.
and they're the BEST of friends
(even though chien runs the apartment and guards the food
and lo has to bury her treats in her bed to save them from her sis)

but i love 'em and hadda make them their own webpage!
:)

dec'99 brian came home from work...
with another minpin pup
[her owner was just giving  her away]
she's blk+tan & nothing was cropped on her
she's so cute!!
we haven't named her yet

i often call chien pretty girl or big dog,
but she's much too noble to get any sloppy nicknames.
lola, on the other hand, has a bunch of embarrasing names!
lo...lolita...lupita...loca...lolo bear...babe...sweet pea...peanut
also snaggletooth, chunker, and inbred.

we've had the puppy over a week
and just can't seem to pick a name

ok update:
we named her boo
