Hello, I am Ellen Petersen of Austin, Minnesota. I live here with my husband Clayton, and our two dogs, Suzie, and Jasmine (miniature Schnauzers). I was born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa. We, Clayton and myself and my two kids, Stacey and Lori, moved here in Jan. 1988, Clayton was transferred here with his job, he worked for Hormel Foods Corporation. He retired from Hormel Dec. 1996. I formally worked as a prep cook at a locally owned restaurant. I quit working in July 2000 to enjoy the good life. *S* Stacey and his wife Kristi live here in Austin, and Lori and her husband Jarred and my grandson Trevor live in Wisconsin. Clayton has three kids, Yvonne and her two kids live in California, David his wife Marie and daughter live in Iowa, and Brian also lives in California. My hobbies included doing stained glass work, and doing woodcraft's also take in every craft show I can. I also enjoy collecting Boyd Bears, Hummel's, Crystal, Porcelain Dolls, and I play Scrabbleİ on the Internet. Clayton keeps busy doing wood working, he makes lots of small tables and misc. pieces for the girls and cuts out all of our woodcraft's for us.
