WELCOME TO PEACHSTONE'S
RAINBOW BRIDGE FRIENDS

This page is dedicated to our past springers Casper, Penny, Toby and Mitsy.

CASPER
CH PEACHSTONE SPIRIT OF HLCRST

½ English Bloodlines, Liver tri-color,

10/21/99-05/04/07

OFA Good - Cerf

Casper finished his Championship in fall of 2003.

Casper was our heart dog. He was the smallest of his litter. We had an immediate attachment with him from the moment he was born. Despite all his ticking and liver tri-color, he went on to finish his championship in grand style. His comical personality and outstanding temperment stole our hearts. Casper was featured in two of the English Springer Spaniel Calendars in 2007.

Casper and his father, "Colours", are now together at the rainbow bridge.

PENNY

Pineridge Penny Licorice CD WDX CGC
3/3/86-7/31/99

Penny was thirteen years old. Her mother was Hillcrest Dark Promise
and her father was
Ch Cymbeline's Commander CD WD. She had been a constant companion to our children as well as a devoted hunting partner for my husband. She earned the Canine Good Citizen Title and the Companion Dog Title in obedience, and the Working Dog Excellent title in the field.

Toby

Sir Toby of Hillcrest CD

Toby was a very kind hearted loving springer spaniel. He loved life and cared deeply about all around him. I think he was the reason for our deep love of the breed today. Toby watched over our children as they grew. His nightly ritual included checking on each of the kids to make sure they were in bed before he would come up to bed himself. He continued to check on them nightly even up until the week he left our side.

Mitsy

My Mitsy CD WDX

Mitsy was our very first English springer Spaniel. She had a mixed background including strong ties to field trial lines. She was extremely hyper and hard to control. She was our first introduction into obedience and field work training. She obtained the Companion Dog title in obedience and went on to become a great hunting companion for my husband. She also obtained a Working Dog Excellent title in the field.
