Okay, time for me to bitch (which I try not to do too often.) Why is it that all guys, at least the ones that matter, describe me as being "cute?" What does that mean anyway? I'm 20 years old. I don't want to be cute. I want to be pretty, beautiful...even ugly, if it's true. But not CUTE. I mean, okay, it's a perfectly acceptable word if I have my hair in braids, and I'm wearing a Catholic school girl uniform, but if I spend an hour on my hair and makeup, and come downstairs in a long flowing satin skirt and a tank top and high heels, and I ask my boyfriend how I look, and he replies, "cute," that just pisses me off. I didn't spend my entire life striving to be cute! Sigh. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, please share... |
