In August 1995, Rick and JoAnn met at T & T Commercial Driver Training School in Ashland, KY, where his father was attending. On December 9, 1995, a day their relationship would take a new direction, Rick proposed to JoAnn. That following summer, JoAnn met his 8-year-old daughter, Ayricka. On August 10, 1996, they were married at Kilgore United Methodist Church by Daniel R. Frederick. It was a day to cherish. The couple is now residing in Chillicothe, OH. Rick is currently employeed as a Correctional Guard at CCI. And, JoAnn is currently employeed as a Pharmacy-Tech at CVS Pharmacy. Rick and JoAnn do not have any children at this time.
