Hi There!

This page is dedicated to my '96 Ford Taurus.
It is my dream car. I've always wanted a 3rd
Generation ('96-'99 style) Taurus. I've looked
all over for one when I was ready to purchase
my first car. It wasn't easy finding one within
my price range. Finally I found one that had a
lot of highway miles on it. My brother, who is
an auto mechanic, checked it out & everything
was great. It was a '98 SE tan one. Not long
after I got it though, I was in a car accident &
totaled it. Bummer. But the insurance gave us
enough back to get another one. This one was
a dark navy blue. Then last year I was on the
way home from CLC, & got into my 3rd. car
accident. It wasn't my fault this time. Another
guy ran the red light. So I got my 3rd Taurus. It
is a '96 LX.

My Taurus had 67,000 miles on it when I
bought it. I haven't done anything to it or
altered it yet. I bought a steering wheel cover,
but that's about it.

Someday when I get a better job, I will be in
search of a '98/'99 Taurus SHO. I would love
to have a SHO. They have a V8, & all of the
options on them.
