Annual Membership Dues:
Single ( one person membership): $15.00
Family ( two person membership): $20.00

Please note: Applications must be accompanied by a
check for one year's dues plus a $5.00 initiation fee.

Fill out all of the information on the application and mail with your
check or money order in the amount for Dues to:

When your application has been received, you will be contacted by a Club Member to let you know when the next Club meeting will be held.
Please plan to attend this meeting to complete your membership processing.

Sponsors for membership must be members in good standing of ORKC .
If no sponsors are provided, the applicant must attend
four (4) meetings before their membership will be voted upon.
