Park Rules

Following is the list of park rules posted in front of the entrance to Happy Tails off leash dog park at G.T. Bray Park.  Theses apply to the dog park specifically.  Below will be the rules for G.T. Bray Park itself.

Happy Tails Dog Park Rules
*This park is for the enjoyment of our canine visitors.
* Dogs must wear a current license tag and have a current
   rabies vaccination.
* Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.
* All dogs within the fence must be off leash.
* Dog owners must be present, with leash, and in view of their
   dog at all times.
* Agressive dogs wil not be allowed to remain in the park.
* Dogs must be under voice control at all times (i.e., they
   should come when called by their owner.
* Dog feces must be picked up and disposed of by the owner.
* Owners must immediately fill any holes dug by their dogs.
* People food is prohibited inside the park.
* The small dog area is recommended for small, fragile or
   elderly canine visitors.
* Children may accompany the family pet if they are under
   direct supervision of an adult.
* In all cases, owners are responsible for the actions of their
   dogs.
* Canine and human visitors enter at their own risk, Manatee
   County cannot be responsible for injuries to visiting dogs,
   thier owners, or others using the park.
* No park Personnel on duty in dog park.

   & Manatee County Animal Services Ordinance 00-01

Ok, so after reading those you understand why I personally have a problem with and why all of us deaf dog owners will be breaking the law with the 'voice control' rule!  Oh Well! 

G.T. Bray Park Rules

Ok the only rules I can find for G.T. Bray park are...

No alcoholic beverages allowed.
All dogs not in Happy Tails Dog Park must be leashed.
