About Us

Maggie – she is an 8 month old gray tabby female that tested positive for feline leukemia.  She is exhibiting no symptoms & she needs a home by herself or with other positive kitties.

Elf – is about 8 months old and is white with some black.  he was hit by a car.  His leg was pinned during surgery; he has recovered & has been medically cleared by the veterinarian.  You can see Elf at Beasties on Central Avenue.

These next 2 cats came to our attention via the people who found them and although they have not gone through the “official” Save Our Strays channels, they still need (and are entitled to) good homes.  They have been neutered & have received their distemper & rabies vaccines:

Papa – is a 6 year old black & white male that tested positive for both feline leukemia & FIV.  He weights 15 lbs. and, like Maggie, is asymptomatic.  If you’re interested in this loving lap cat, please contact Debra Kain in Oldsmar at (813) 854-2606.

Luke – is another adult male that tested positive for feline leukemia & FIV.  He is a 6 year old Siamese and was left homeless due to the death of his person.  Like so many cats that test positive, he is an affectionate cat, big & gentle, and at present has no symptoms.  For information call Wendy Carter at (813) 961-0081.
