OWNERSHIP RELEASE AGREEMENT

I surrender the following Shetland Sheepdog(s) to the Shetland Sheepdog

Rescue Club of Southern MD to be placed in a pet home.       It is

understood that this (these) animal(s) will be spayed or neutered

before placement.    All claims to this (these) animals are relinquished.
