"Yaeger"

<-As you can see from the pictures, Yaeger had a great show career that started right from puppyhood! He came to me from Marcia Joslyn in Minnesota and was an instant hit in my home. He truly loved being with people and absolutely shone in the show ring. He had a rock hard topline, tailset right off the back and absolutely no bounce as he flowed around the ring. I used to swear that you could put a full cup of tea on his back and you would not spill a drop as he moved. His head was the nicest I had ever owned on a buff and was part of a compact and powerfully built body. He was a hard boy to stack but lucky for me he liked to free bait and so that was the method of choice in the ring. I enjoyed watching his movement so much that I would often forget to watch where I was going when we were in the ring and can remember bouncing off tables, and posts in some of our trips around. I know you are supposed to watch the judge and where you are going but hey, when something looks that nice....! He was really the dog that finally gave me the confidence in my own showing skills and made me feel like a truly competent handler. Thanks Yaeger I wouldn't be where I am now without you making me look good! He loved the ring and there is no way that you couldn't enjoy yourself when you were there with him.->
