MUSIC

I listen to a wide variety of music.  Because I teach violin lessons, I'm into everything from classical to alternative.  My all time favorites, though are James Taylor, the Counting Crows, and Sarah McLachlan.

James Taylor was the first concert that I went to and sat the whole way through and loved.  The midi file you hear in the background is James Taylor's "Something In the Way She Moves".

Here are some James Taylor pics and a link to some clips of his music

I'm just waiting for the day the Counting Crows come to Boise in concert.  I love their music and regardless of how presumptuous it was, I'm glad they released a double live album.  Their new album, This Desert Life, will be in stores on November 2, 1999.

For a period of my life, Sarah McLachlan's music always had something that applied to exactly what I was going through.  That is when she became one of my favorite singers.  I feel her best album is Fumbling Towards Ecstacy.  I have seen Sarah in concert 3 times, and would LOVE to go see her again.
