My grandma and grandpa's doggy Club Med is at the end of a quiet dead end road in the country.  They have the ocean at the edge of their backyard and a big pond between the house and the ocean.  This picture was taken from their back deck early one summer evening.
 
 
 

I am not allowed down at the ocean unless someone is with me.  They think I will get in trouble!!!  (Who me???)  The fence does not go onto the beach so there are no borders to my adventures there.  I might roll in some dead fish or chase the neighbour's cat but then a dog is a dog, right?  The pond, on the other hand is very close to the house and it is in our yard so Kiwi and I can hunt around the edges, swim and chase the koi as much as we want.
 

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a nice firm mattress.   There is no air conditioning but the big fan is always strategically placed so that Kiwi and I are never uncomfortable. (It rotates so we do not have to fight for space in front of it.) Note  the quilt....Grandma made that just for us!  She says it is easy to wash.
