Requirements: (Your site must meet these)
1. Your page must not have anything to do with unmoral or illegal material.
2. It must have a horse theme/page but it does not have to be limited to horses.
3. Your page should have some contribution to the WWW (It can't be just links).
4. It must be suitable for any viewing level.
5. No broken pictures or links.

Tips: (The more tips you fulfil, the better chance you have)
1. Sign my guestbook.
2. Vote for any competitions on the page.
3. Join my webring(s) (The Western Horse or The English Horse)
4. Put my banner and/or links on your page.
5. Tell a friend about my Rings and/or award.

Remember, you don't have to do any of the "tips" but you will have a better chance of winning an award if you do.
