Dressage

Although many people think of dressage as a popular horse sport the actual meaning of dressage is training. The sport of dressage is simply to show how well you have trained your horse.

Dressage is performed in a ring which is 98 feet around and has markers with letters around it to guide the horse through its routine.

Flying changes is one of the basic but very difficult moves. In this the horse changes leads in every stride, almost as if it is skipping. The highest level is extremely hard to get to, but with proper discipline, and hard work during training, it can be achieved.
