Our babies are left with their parents for as long as possible before they are taken by us. This can be anywhere from 1 - 14 days depending on how the parents react. We continue their handfeeding after so that they will become trusting and loving towards humans, and are completely handfed until weaned.

The babies are weaned at their own pace, We do not force them into weaning by denying them food ( starving them ). They are offered soft food ( pellets soaked in warm water ) mixed vegetables with some fruit till they are eating on their own.

The nursury is located in our bedroom where we can keep an eye on the babies. They are kept in human incubators on bedding such as cotton blanketsand are spoon fed around the clock. We wean them by doing such and such.
