My New Toys from Tony Murland

Here are the tools I ordered from Tony Murland during his Big Woodie Sale advertised in the latest issue of the M-WTCA's Gristmill.  (Are you STILL not a M-WTCA member?  What are you waiting for?)  They are:  9 pair H&R's, 3 rebates, 2 sash, 3 smoothers, 2 jack, 1 triplane, 1 rosewood padsaw, 1 rosewood square, and 1 rosewood bevel.  Everything is in great user shape.  The only makers I recognize immediately are Mathieson and Sorby, but I'm sure you wooden plane guys out there would recognize most of the rest.  BTW, these photos were taken in the half of the basement that is being finished for the kids to play in, and the "bench" is something I threw together out of left over 2 x 4's.  Don't worry, Scott, the wood you gave me for a bench base is still in queue for the great bench project.  I don't know what the blue thing labeled Ryobi and the grey tailed thing labeled Craftsman are.  Someone else must have left them there ;-).

My name is Joe and I like woodworking tools.  Feel free to contact me by clicking here.
