Imagine “One Westview”...
Many of us have asked many questions:
- After 9/11, what can we do to help?
What are our local needs?
How can I help?
How can I protect my family
at home?
How can we help as a
community?
Who can we turn to for our
own security?
With living our daily lives we, the
residents of Westview village, often forget that all of us have one thing in
common. That common entity is that we live in one community under the name of
Westview Village. With living together in such a community we can do so much
more than is possible by one family or individual.
I am in visioning a community event would
bring Westview Village together as one and be recognized as a leading community
in the City of Coral Springs. A community event, which could raise funds for the
local Police and Fire Department of Coral Springs.
This community garage sale could help you
answer many of the questions above.
This event would be held by the residents
of Westview Village in the central commons area at the front of our community.
We would invite businesses from our neighboring shopping centers to help sponsor
the garage sale. We would invite representatives from the City of Coral Springs
Police and Fire departments to attend.
The possibilities are endless. Imagine
challenging other Associations and Communities to do the same. The
opportunities from bringing the community together as one are endless.
