Westview Village 2001 Annual Budget ApprovedDuring the last 7 years, Westview Village homeowners has not seen an association dues increase. However, over the last few years, increased costs for utilities and community services has resulted in the need for an increase to keep pace with inflation. As a result, the Westview Village Board of Directors approved the Westview Village 2001 operating budget. The 2001 budget reflects a $25 per period increase, ($50 annual increase) for each homeowner. This increase is retroactive as of Jan 2001. Back to Top
