As Mickey's Best Friend since second grade,
he gained the spot as Mickey's First Assistant
when the WPW opened in 1996. In 1998, he
became the President of the Board of Directory
to become the tie breaking vote, and the
supervisor over the FCC Controlled Board.
In this position, Knuckles voted to impeach
Richard Venom as President, and was successful
in convincing the Board to follow him.
For his loyalty to Mickey, and his great leadership,
Mickey appointed him as the President of the
Cabinet to ensure that justice would prevail.
Upon Mickey's return, has been placed back in
his original position as second in command.
