Reggio's Cars: A Timeline

A Timeline of Reggios Sweet Rides

I've been rollin with my homepiece Big Reg the Rattle Snake since about the 6th grade. Aside from a few creepy fettishes, he's a pretty cool kid. However, since the age of 16-and-a-half, Reg, like no other, has been plagued by a series of sub-par automobiles. Let us take a closer look...

The Scort

Shown above is the 1986 black ford escort. Its a totally sweet ride...unless you're driving it in 1997. This thing didnt even have an engine in it. Instead Reg would put his bare feet thru a hole in the floor and run...Fred Flintstone style.

The White Car

Shown above is the 1988 white Honda Civic. Aside from the 4 blown out speakers and the stink it was definitely the best car he ever owned until now..

The Pocket Rocket

Purchased by Mr. Reggio for $1 from Charlie Peluso's Dad the 1982 metallic blue Honda Civic Wagon aka "The Pocket Rocket" is, hands down, the most embarrassing car anyone I know has ever owned. It lacked power steering, a radio, and topped out at 38 mph on the highway. The noise from the engine alone was enough to scare all the girlsaway. Although the Pocket Rocket lasted but a few months, it was the only time of my life that I always wanted to drive.

The Storm

Ahh yes. The sweet sweet 1991 Geo Storm. The smallest most gas efficient car on the market. Reg could tuck The Storm into the very tightest of spaces. There was about enough room in the back seat to fit a box of Tic Tacs let alone a human being. If you were unfortunate enough to be a passenger in the back seat, your neck and back would hurt for weeks. At one point it broke down on the highway and Reg's Pop pushed him all the way home with a spare tire straped onto the front of his truck. In its final days the Storms engine sounded like somone was mowing their lawn. Again Reggio's disdain for manditory automotive maintenance ultimately ruined the Geo.

The Saga Continues..

As of last week our friend Reggio finally has a legit whip! He hooked up a phatty Grand Cherokee. Nice work my friend!

Reg: "Man you'd be suprised how easy it is to turn the wheel"
Me: "Oh thats called power steering Reg..."
