Statement
After weeks of waiting it has finally happened. The Woods is finished. The film has been in production for 8 weeks and it has been worth the wait. A superb team of editors spent all day on 5/12/99 editing each and every scene until it was perfect. Music had to be chosen selectively while each scen had to be edited down to minor details. The World has been waiting for it. And now it has happened.
The scenes were filmed with sheer class while the actors gave it their all. Looking back on the film now I realise the potential that was there. The final scene is enough to earn the film an academy award. (A special mention to the Active Bodies gym in Merthyr for the use of their facilities). The crew has been a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with them on the sequel.
