Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment 7 days before your flight. A valid credit card will secure your booking.
NB. Please advise the booking office if you are over 90 kg, have any medical issues or pregnant.
Refunds and Cancellations
Passenger and staff safety is our first concern and priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable to fly, Floating Images reserves the right to cancel a flight. You may simply choose to either reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
Group cancellation (3 or more) 5 working days or individual passenger cancellation (2 or less) 3 working days notice is required before the flight. A cancellation fee will apply if we are unable to fill your reserved booking.
You will forfeit the entire cost of the flight if you do not show up for your flight.
