There are tons of great places to go hiking in North Carolina. In my three years of living in the South, I did not even begin to make a significant dent in the trails available for hikers to use.

The trails I did use, were breathtaking in beauty and splendor. I will attempt to take you on a brief tour of the places I visited in North Carolina.
