| March 8, 2004 - First Strike Results |
| We took on Capture
the Flag on our first system link competition this Saturday March 6, 2004. I decided not
to keep score (kills, death, etc.), since some players were connecting to system link for
the first time and one of them recently started playing Halo. |
| I did kept CTF results, there were four players
including my self, red team and blue team. |
| We
played some other games such as MechAssoult, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® 3 and Crimson
Skies: High Road to Revenge. We did experience some problems with Tom Clancy’s
Rainbow Six® 3. |
Apparently
my console that has XBOX Live wasn’t able to connect to the other two consoles. I
contacted Ubi Soft for technical support and they replied: "You
just need to get the three XBox's running the same version of the game. You can either
connect the two non-live consoles to XBL and download the updates, or delete the R63 files
from the XBL enabled hard drive. Once you have all three consoles running the same version
of the game, you will be able to play together." |
