The Labwings!

While wondering how he could compete with bad guys getting away in cars, Carl met Michael, the first Labcoat Man. Michael and Carl devised a jetpack, which Carl then sent off to a generous benefactor to make. After they came back, he deemed them the labwings.

The labwings are a pair of wings attached to an engine that is capable of flight speeds of 65 miles per hour. The fuel capacity of the labwings is one gallon. With a special additive that Michael, the first Labcoat Man developed, that one gallon can make him fly for over a two hours at top speeds. To activate the labwings, when he is wearing them, Labcoat Man jumps into the air and presses "b"039 on the labgauntlet. This expands the wings, and starts the engine going and in a matter of milliseconds, Labcoat Man lifts off to apprehend the evil ones who are escaping him in a vehicle. If Labcoat Man is not wearing them, he punches a secret code into his labgauntlet, and the labwings take off, to join with Labcoat Man wherever he may be
